These terms apply when you use AroundSpot. AroundSpot is an independent local search directory that helps users discover businesses and practical information about them.

Directory information

We compile business information from open datasets and publicly available business websites. We aim to keep published information useful and accurate, but opening hours, contact details, booking links and other business information can change without notice.

You should confirm time-sensitive information directly with the business before travelling, making a booking or relying on a published schedule.

Third-party websites and booking services

AroundSpot contains links to business websites, mapping services and third-party booking platforms. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. AroundSpot is not responsible for transactions, bookings or services provided by third parties.

Commercial and affiliate links

Some outbound links may be commercial or affiliate links. If a link is an affiliate link, AroundSpot may receive a commission when a user completes a qualifying action, at no additional cost to the user. Where required, commercial relationships will be identified clearly on the relevant page or link.

Business listings

A listing does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation between AroundSpot and the listed business. Business owners and authorised representatives can request corrections or removal through our claim or remove listing page.

Acceptable use

You may use AroundSpot for ordinary personal and business discovery purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or abusive.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or remove parts of the service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AroundSpot develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
